Use of the platform does not create an attorney-client relationship. State-specific document templates are reviewed by attorneys licensed in each applicable state. The attorney marketplace, when used, creates an attorney-client relationship between you and the reviewing attorney, governed by that attorney's engagement letter. For complex estates, blended families, business interests, charitable bequests at scale, or matters involving non-US property, retain a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
